StratIQ builds Microsoft data and AI platforms. We are a Microsoft partner, we work only in Azure, and we are not a staffing firm. Nobody learns Fabric on your budget.
Why we started
The tools changed, so the delivery model had to.
The people here have spent their careers building and scaling Microsoft data and analytics practices, and moving organisations from one generation of technology to the next. We have seen how long that used to take, and why.
Over the last year or so, the tooling for reading and translating existing systems changed in a way that is not incremental. Work that genuinely required months of a person reading code can now be done in days, repeatably, and checked. That does not make the judgement less important. It moves the judgement to where it belongs, which is architecture, risk and what reaches production.
StratIQ exists because that shift rewards a firm built around it rather than a firm retrofitting it onto a delivery model designed when human hours were the unit of production. This is the part we cannot point to twenty years of history for, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

Architect-led
The people you meet are the people who do the work
You work directly with senior architects and engineers who understand both the estate you have and the Microsoft target state. Nobody is learning your platform on your engagement.
Transparent
We tell you what we could not prove
Every piece of analysis we hand over separates what was verified, what was inferred, and what we did not have enough data to check. The uncertain parts are labelled rather than smoothed over.
Outcome-aligned
Structured around stages, not hours
Fixed fees for defined stages and a recurring service after, rather than open-ended hourly delivery. We may look expensive on a time card. Clients are not billed that way.
Microsoft-focused
We would rather decline than disappoint
We work in Azure data and AI. When a requirement sits outside that lane, or an engagement is bigger than we think we can do well, we say so before you sign rather than after.

StratIQ is a small, senior, US-based team. Everyone here has built Microsoft data and AI practices before, and everyone here still does delivery work. There is no bench of juniors behind the people you meet, because there is no pyramid to feed.
That is a deliberate constraint rather than a stage we are growing out of. It is also why we would rather turn down an engagement than take one we cannot staff with people who have done it before.
